Inaccurate measurement of area to be tiled and therefore we were short several boxes of tile. Very protracted installment for two months, lot of dirt left outside and inside. Gray dirty grout water dumped into my flower beds leaving them unsightly and gray. Removed Living room door left in garden, piles of swept dirt left in various spots in living room for me to vacuum. Inconsistent work hours. Installation of floor was beautifully done. The floor looks beautiful but lots of hassle and delays with the Installation.

Overall everything went very well. I was very pleased with the Kitchen Designer at #1706, Perlita Palma. She is a true asset to HD. I rated installation quality as only good due to a couple issues with countertop people and floor people. The cabinet install and plumbing were beyond excellent, and kudos to that company, J. Hood. HD staff/coordinators were responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would use HD again for another home improvement job.
